QM predicts 'zero-point' energies for strong & EM interaction ( i discount the weak ) at T  =0 ,lowest E level.

 ZPF (zero point field) predicts an EM fluctuation up to a frequency roll-off point of 1.7 THz (shown in Josephen Junct). Although photonic ZPF exist well above that 'low pass' bandwidth. 

 All this to explain inertial forces : now is there someone to transpose this theory to hi-density plasma ?

Does freezing helium demonstrate the removal of energy, by applying 25 atmos pressure @ 0 deg,... it retains  properties of helium simply from a solid state.  The spring is merely tightened, particularly in confined space.

I renamed an interesting paper, (link provided) Inertial Mass in Quantum vectors, in an attempt to steer thinking away from the EM waves of vacuum space, more to a confined plasma, where these theories must also hold.

(my comment on RG, they have position for a Growth Engineer , GE.. if u look at requirements, an intelligent design engineer can see they have not found one, and never will .. that GE is 3 disciplnes .. a Systems Architect (who knows how to specify & guide the results expected)  The SA organises modules to interoperate with several databases to extract relevant information, and display certainty.. better than google..  Organises meaning he hires 2 coders  a PostgreSQL genius or a seasoned JSON ElasticSearch on a Linux Hadoop Cluster for the metadata query side ..   obviously i prefer the open source Hadoop environ)  the other coder is a PhD maths / Neurologic receptor channel pathway thesis candidate, coding in  Python / GO .. Together, a major parsing operation on the existing RG visible user database to provide a more complete meta-table search strategy to bring  projects together.  So only the JSON ElasticSearch is wanting, that can be outsourced from Elastic on a contract basis..
