Consciouness Before Matter?

Is there a Kernel of Truth in the idea of panpsychism? How would it be possible that consciouness came from matter? Physical matter is limited and not complete. It could not handle the energy required to produce and maintain such a force. Rather matter must have come from consciousness. Thus implying purpose and intent! What do you think?

A fanciful notion. Lets prove its dismissal : First we look at Assumptions presented :
1. matter is limited and not complete
2. it could not hold the energy required to produce and maintain such "force" , ... i take that as enforced consciousness.. tho they are just 2 basic words, neither of which can be described adequately, nonetheless , strung together because they sound authoritive ( of creator )
3. matter must have come from consciousness ... these are very endearing concepts but wrong.
How can I be sure ? because the first above is wrong , matter is unlimited , as even humans create new matter , with the primitive particle accelerators ( like pointing a gun to God , and saying "create" , after winding the thing to light speed )
The argument back would be : I am talking of consciousness not elements ... well the answer :
1 We have compounds coming together to create artificial life , we cant measure for consciousness but as yet , these experiments dont tell us storys , or write philosophy (yet) if thats what U mean.
1. These compounds are elements combined, having complex functions (eg: enzymes, chromosomes) even cell walls are complex gateways, relient on signals which seem to compete ...
Each molecule has a multiplicity of signals , resonances , magnetic moments , and chemical vectors ... Because we only realize this is the case , without able to explain it, its the same as not knowing at all, and most approach God for comfort. So from this you can see that once we know these processes we become 'closer to God" Because theres always more ... we are trying to satisfy with science, and science has discounted most superstitions. Give it a chance to remove all superstitions, man is invariably wrong, simply adjusting the language to fit into the "notions of the day" .. of course with some progress, and new words to fit in with it...
So therefor consciousness asks matter where it comes from, using the proximity of mathematics , and finding the tool infinitely variable is somewhat pleased there are others to contemplate , that is when it is not at war.
2. it could not hold ??? each atom is a perpetual machine travelling at near the speed of light.
.. with some matter , even faster. What force are you speaking of ???
... the force you imagine needed to produce consciousness ?
Matter requires much more ... If anything consciousness is weak , because it cannot hold still , cannot make up its mind , is tempted to enforce matter to do which it would not, naturally ,
whats more , suffers from dimentia , as a result of matter breaking down. Living proof.
